That was followed by our wireless modem breaking down.
Took us a while to get back online.
After my surgery on 9th July and my stay of a week in the VA hospital in Pittsburgh PA.
I was walking so slow a snail would have beaten my "6".
Most of August was spent getting back some strength and mobility.
Than AJ started flag-football practice, he ask me if I would walk with him to the field where the practice was being held.
How could I not say yes.
It's also a bit exercise.
Now, we're into September, Labor Day and Patriot Day(911) have gone by, we held a moment of silence on 11 September at 0846.
I still feel a little pain from my cut or the stitches inside that they must have use to seal as they were coming out.
The stables, they took out about two weeks after I came home or just under a month from my surgery.
Well, so much for all that.
When a member of the military died, he took another piece of America with him.
How many more pieces can we lose before we become totally lost ourselves?

To a Marine
Honor is loyalty and dedication to God,
Country, Corps, Family, and Self.
TO THOSE WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES'
AND THOSE WHO SERVED BEFORE,
THAT OTHERS MAY SAY PROUDLY
I AM A MARINE!

It must be forged, tested and used.
It must be passed down.

Until it becomes our nature."
