Just recently the Senate failed to pass a bill for $250.00 for seniors and the disabled.
Some of the disabled are new veterans from our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
If Congress can find billions on billions to fund war.
Why can it find money for these checks?
Would be a logical question.
But logical and the Congress do not mix.
Lately, I been thinking, somewhere we got off tracked.
A great deal of our industries are directed at weapons of war.
But from my humbled experience in Vietnam.
Once weapons are available, some will just have to try them out.
Making room for more ways to discover how to kill each other.
Once we were a world producers of a great deal of products.
Now we're one of the leading importers of products from other nations.
That might translate to less employment here, only those in selling might have a job.
Much of our work in that field of programming is being out-source to nations that pay their programmers about a third of what programmer here get pay.
That might translate to 'why do we need higher education if I can't find a job?
Might also be a logical question.
Think Spring...
