Well it seems I done it again, I been procrastinating.
The 4th of July is now behind us.
Most of the USA is now experiencing a heat wave.
Drink plenty of fluids and stay inside if all possible.
My blood pressure being high as my blood sugar.
With this heat, it might be hard to exercise the body.
So I'll settle with exercising whatever is left of this old mind.
Don't forget the sun blocker if you're out in the sun.
A little work now might save you some pain in the future.
With that I'll close for now.
