The correct names for these two health care acts.
I have written this poem;
I WILL NOT STAND SILENT
By Ricardo
I will not stand silent
When some want to go back
To polluting the air we breath
To polluting the water we drink.
And our so called leaders
Are writing executive orders.
To roll back the safe-guards
Of our Air and Water
Cost?
1.7 million child lives world wide.
This is not the way.
To make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
qui tacet consentire videtur
"Who is silent is seen to consent."
I will not stand silent
As a super-power
The world looks to us to lead
But not to lead in polluting
Our environment
So a few can make more money.
This is not the way.
To make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
Quitacet consentit
Maxim of law is;
"Silence gives consent"
I will not stand silent
When our health care
Was repealed
By a promise of $8 billion USD
For some State high risk pools
After cutting Medicaid expansion.
This is not the way.
To make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
qui tacet consentire videtur
"Who is silent is seen to consent."
I will not stand silent.
To hate speech.
Even if its free speech.
To be silent.
Means one approve's.
That hate speech.
This is not the way.
To make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
Quitacet consentit
Maxim of law is;
"Silence gives consent"
I will not stand silent.
To calling this new generation.
A bunch of 'Snowflakes'.
Or calling those that don't agree.
With their ideals.
A bunch of 'Snowflakes'.
This is not the way.
To make AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
Qui tacet consentire videtur, ubi logui debuit ac potuit
"He who is silent, when he ought to have spoken.
And was able to, is taken to agree"
~ Ricardo

WHO LOSES under the American Health Care Act (AHCA)
Older Americans 60+ years older,
The same factors that make the American Health Care Act.
For many young Americans.
Make it worst for those that older.
Insurance companies could charge five times a 64 year old American.
5 times the price charge of an 18 year-old American.
The Congressional Budget Office estimates that far fewer older Americans.
Would have insurance coverage under the American Health Care Act.
Than under the Affordable Care Act.
Older middle class Americans
Changes in the subsidy formula would also require older middle-class Americans.

From from receiving any federal money for one year.

Hospitals
The American Health Care Act does not restore any Medicare cuts.
Hospitals in poor communities, where a lot people signed up for Medicaid.
Would probably experience the biggest hit.
Drug Addiction Treatment
The Trump administration is proposing to gut the budget.
Of the White House “drug czar” by 95 percent.
Effectively eliminating the decades-old Office of National Drug Control Policy.
The lead federal agency responsible for managing and coordinating drug policy.
