Who were hit hard by hurricane Kitrina.
Most of us will never be able to go physically down there to help.
So the next best thing, donate to whoever you want to donate to.
Remember, that there will always be scam-artists looking to scam somebody.
I suggest you give to a national organization or to a national chain of stores nation-wide.
The "Blame Game" has already started...one thing, I hope we learned with everything that wasn't done after hurricane Kitrina.
That there must be an emergency plan on hand, not one that will take folks across the city to another location.
As far away as possible.
Don't know how you could store emergency food and water.
One thing, the federal government can't do everything, the cities and the states must do as much as possible.
Some are crying that alot funding was cut.
That to me say somebody is covering their "6" or rear end.
With that aside, this is the month that Labor Day falls in, signaling the end summer and the beginning of school.
If you drive, look-out for the children going or coming from school.
Also remember that there some who might want to injured or abduct you child.
Tell them not to talk to strangers and never get into a car, if somebody they don't know wants to offer them a ride.
Well with all that said...hope your summer was a good one.
Soon, we'll be deep in snow, up north.
Down south, it will soon be the end of hurricane season.
