It's for everyone but personal attacks will not be allowed. If there disagreement please take it the E-Mail route.
This message board has it's own regulations, but I think that if everone use his or her head or mind.
It should be good.
I change the settings to allow HTML and linking and images to show.
This thing will also change smileys as I found out when I went to see if there was check mark next to allow HTML
