Yes, the cheese from Wis. is the best! Dfil was born there, but left. In his older age, he went back, buying the family homestead. During the years that he was there, he would send us boxes of cheese. Those were good years! :-)

Yes, I like American, too. Closed face grilled cheeses, or open-faced with a tomato in the middle in a toaster oven. Completely different, but good memories!
