I received the Chewy E-mail with the delivery info and quantities of what I ordered.

Imagine my shock when the email said I was getting 6 - 20 lb bags of wild bird seed. I ordered two.

I explained to the customer service rep and she checked and my order to Chewy is correct.

We both laughed at 6 bags but she said that if I receive more then the two I ordered they will make sure the cost of the extras are refunded and that I could keep the extras at no charge.

I checked the email giving the arrival date - today - and saw the Wild Bird Seed quantity appears to be 5 not 6.

What the hay???

There are two shipments and when they arrive I will be curious to wee just how much wild bird seed they sent me.

To top it off somehow Dr Who was brought up by one of us. Chewy Cust Reps are very chatty and of course so am I..we talked for 20 minutes and we both love David Tennant and have seen all his movies and plays, etc. and Matt Smith also - though he is totally different. Plus both of us had parents who were SCI FI fans, we both love NASA and the list goes on.

I have to say that that conversation was the most joyful I have had in a long long time. Since last year infact.

I am waiting for Chewy to velivery anytime. I will be sure and let you know how much Wild Bird seed I end up with. The birds will be happy - lolol
