Cook onions, herbs, celery etc. in butter. Add the cornbread - it is the same as using bread stuffing.
I cook the veggies in butter adding the herbs the apples, mushrooms or whatever you want. Whole Cranberries and diced nuts work well.
I suppose instead of a lot of butter you could use broth.
I baste the turkey with White wine.
I add the giblet broth to the drippings to make gravy.
The stuffing goes in both cavities. Or cooked separately.
I haven't cooked a whole turkey dinner for a few years, but I think I remembered all the steps. Maybe not in the correct order though. LOL
