The bird was id'd by the app by its call. This app is so cool

The new bird is called a Woodhouse's scrub jay. It goes from Nevada to Mexico. I have never seen one before but it sure is pretty.

Like a Bird Model - slim with wings, tail, head & chest a lovely bright blue and the rest is white.

I'd love to have a photo of it... but I never saw it. Only heard it.

I try to turn the app on when I walk with Charlie. He rarely barks, I make more noise then he does.

I hate when after recording sounds I get back HUMAN as the critter. LOLOL

Oh there are pieces of apple and sunflower seeds already in the parrot feed. The feeders are clean as a whistle the next morning.

I know there is a small critter that digs up from underneath the ground to get at al the seeds dropped on the ground. I plan on buying some net seed catchers... as well as some decent bird feeders.
