If turkey, which piece on the night of the feast, and which piece/s the next day from the 'fridge? We don't have left-overs as we go to my ds's home. She keeps what she makes, and I bring mine back to Newburgh.

What type of russet potatoes? Mashed or baked? Or....? Mashed
Sweet potatoes - Baked whole or casserole? No
If casserole, with or without marshmallows? Potato casserole
Vegetable - The Green Bean Casserole, or regular green beans? Or, peas, corn, or....? Regular green beans. Usually some corn too.
Bread - Round rolls or crescents? Rolls, but they are more round than crescent.
Jello - The Green Jello Mold, or other? None
If other, with or without fruit?
Gravy, brown or another type? Usually brown
Cake or pie? Pumpkin Pie and Derby Pie
If pie...pumpkin or apple? Cherry or pecan? Chocolate or....?
Appetizers - Dip with crudite or chips? Usually not
Crackers with a cheese ball, or Cheez Whiz?
Flavored nuts, fresh, or sugared? No
Fruit salad or sugared grapes? No
Cranberry sauce - homemade or canned? Canned
Is there anything else that must be at a full Thanksgiving dinner, in your opinion? For example, corn casserole or great aunt Agnes' best cookies? How about ice cream or pudding?
My dm always cooked the whole Thanksgiving dinner when she was able. She was raised on a farm, so we never had anything out of the ordinary farm food. It was always delicious, and she always made too much. We usually spent a few days with her, so we ate whatever was left over until it was gone. She often made apple pies, but we don't do that anymore.
