If turkey, which piece on the night of the feast, and which piece/s the next day from the 'fridge? As long as it's dark meat on the day. I don't care if it is either for sandwiches. I love turnkey sandwiches! With both turkey and ham, I may try to make Monte Cristo sandwiches

What type of russet potatoes? Mashed or baked? Or....? Mashed
Sweet potatoes - Baked whole or casserole? I usually do with marshmallows...but Kara made this casserole with a pecan and brown sugar topping that was soooooooooooo good! I've tried to get her to bring it again, but she kept forgetting so I stopped asking and would make my marshmallow ones.

Vegetable - The Green Bean Casserole, or regular green beans? Or, peas, corn, or....? Green bean casserole!
Bread - Round rolls or crescents? I'be bought King's Hawaiian rolls the last couple of years. Every one loves them. I'd prefer crescent rolls, but I usually just buy them after and have sandwiches with them.
Jello - The Green Jello Mold, or other? Of course I've always made my cranberry ambrosia, but I'm going to do the lime jello with walnuts, crushed pineapple and whipped cream (I think it has cream cheese as well)
If other, with or without fruit?
Gravy, brown or another type? I make giblet gravy. That's Kenny's favorite.
Cake or pie? pies...I was going to do a pumpkin cake, but I have to do Tuesday's cake on Tuesday since I don't have room to store it in the fridge, so I normally buy a variety of pies from Marie Calendars, but this year I have a cookie crust pie I'm thinking about making, chocolate cream pie, lemon merigune and pumpkin.

Appetizers - Dip with crudite or chips? I don't usually do an appetizer.

Fruit salad or sugared grapes? I usually do the cranberry salad, but this year will do the lime
Cranberry sauce - homemade or canned? neither
Is there anything else that must be at a full Thanksgiving dinner, in your opinion? For example, corn casserole or great aunt Agnes' best cookies? How about ice cream or pudding? I think that's about it.
