Extra canned pumpkin....or the insides of a pumpkin pie!...used to make pumpkin bread. I guess that if you used the pie, even just the middle part, you'd have to blend it first, and then taste the bread dough to make sure the spices were enough or not, since a pie is already seasoned.
Does ham freeze in slices, the way that turkey does? It worked with turkey a couple of years ago for Dh, and he just pulled some out whenever he wanted a hot or cold sandwich...for months, lol!
