Of dangers. Houston is another world.
SA is in awful shape. Entire neighborhoods ignored. Mayors/governor are useless. Power system crashed. Lots of new people live here now. Lots of new big homes put in. Power never totally cut off.
While neighborhoods in SA suffer.
