I agree with you and with resignations of the leaders and Abbott claiming he will have the problems fixed as well as the equipment.. people still have lost their homes and or everything they own.

Prayers are very welcome. I doubt they have found everyone that died yet.

There are already lawsuits by families against TX and the power companies.

My neighbors just filled up 8 4 gal jugs from their well.

Hopefully my son finds my well part soon. Not having water is very scary.

He will bring back 9 5 gal jugs of drinking water which will last me a long most of March. Also over a doz plus large cat litter jugs of water from his house hose.

I have to be very selective in using any well water. Only absolutely necessary needs. So far I have not wasted anery water, I don't think. Still every drop used makes me feel wasteful.

I can't wash clothes, take a shower, use water to wash dishes. Things are piling up. Tomorrow I will buy cheap paper plates and plastic silverware. The only thing I clean are my coffee mug and my tea mug. Cooking is tricky. So using foil to cook on frying pans, in the toaster oven & using paper towels & parchment paper in the microwave to line containers.

I have to admit it's pretty Challenging! Lolol.

I will add my prayers to yours that no more people suffer. And especially no more needless deaths.
