I have ice bars in the freezer for HOT days. A little sugar to get me up and going again... the cold to cool me down.

But I eat ice cream as I need the milk which I hope is what they use. Trying anything to gain weight except those awful protein drinks - major Yucks!

Still, for me, it is an important comfort food. Especially since no more B&J's. 8-(

I don't buy ice cream often.... usually to celebrate a personal event or comfort.

I'm sorry you can't imbibe but making your own fudgesicles - I'm impressed. To quote my neighbor "You Rock" my friend!!! 8-)
