I love hearing the frogs, so hope that nothing bothers them. I'm wondering if I can raccoon-proof the area, while still giving the frogs access? I'm working on it!
I'm glad that Missy is okay. When I was growing up, we had a large owl that would sit on the neighbors roof. When it did, I would bring the beagles in!
What a pain that sounds like! I hope that I have better luck with them. I did read a whole explanation online on how to remove them, without ruining your paint, etc. I'm kind of lucky, at the moment, as I don't have surfaces to ruin. I'm just hoping that it will stick to, then remove from, metal studs.
The only thing that I know for sure about cooking scallops, is that they will be cooked before you think that they are. You put them in a hot buttered pan, and give them a hard sear on one side, flip and repeat on the other side, and that's it.
If they are cooked too long, they become like rubber. So there's a fine line between cooked, and over-cooked. I hope that they come out perfectly!
I'm heading to I Can tonight, as long as I stay online. Once you make them, I'd love to hear how they came out!
Have a wonderful week!
