A lot of things that happened will probably not go back to the old way. Such as banking. The banks have learned that they can get people to do much more from their phones than before, such as photographing a check to deposit it in their banks. That's actually kind of cool, and helpful to working people, but I have to keep myself in check, so that I don't forget that they will keep less employees, the more automated that they become.
A lot of businesses are not unhappy about meeting people at the door, such as tax preparers. That's what the one Ds uses finds, anyway. They can have someone come to the door/window, drop off papers, sign papers, etc.
The use of apps to order take-out food, and more new things.
I'd like to see normal-normal, but I think that it may be a modified normal to some extent. But, maybe not horrible. I'm looking forward to normal!
Now it's my turn to wish that we were closer to help. Ds can fix any lawnmower from the oldest push mower to a riding mower. He can do them in his sleep, darn.
One guy, who owned a motel, and always mowed the front, wouldn't get a new one, and Ds kept his ancient one going for years.
But, I love the sound of Josh being able to do it!
I'm sorry that Dh is having such problems, though. I know how difficult that is for him, and for you.
We are calling to 'talk turkey' with them tomorrow. Thank you, I agree!
