Which dry herbs do you eat/cook with?
And, which do you like fresh?
Do you hate any herbs?
I saw, today, someone talking about short-term/fake tattoos that are herbs, and.....they smell like the herb! That was news to me!
Here are some herbs that you might choose from: Sage, Parsley, Marjoram, Oregano, Mint, Basil, Dill, Rosemary, etc.
Maybe you might cook with fresh or dried herbs in your spaghetti sauce, soups or stews, chicken pot pie, stuffing, dumplings, etc.
Or, perhaps uncooked in salads, salad dressings, mixed into cream cheese or dips, and so forth.
I love most fresh herbs, and use the heck out of certain dried herbs, like Italian seasoning mix, and certain poultry seasonings.
