I thought I ordered two. So I called Chewy and ordered another name tag - both are red & bone shaped - it will have my name on front, on back my cell #, and Charlie's chip number.
This tag will go on my key ring.
I also asked why Chewy didn't carry Pedigree's Healthy Weight dry dog food. The CS has added my name to then list of requests for this dry food.
Charlie so great on this and does maintain a his perfect weight of 60 plus pounds...all muscle of course.
The Customer Rep was new to Chewy and apparently the company encourages them to talk with their customers.
His dog is a hugh Husky and we talked high energy dogs. Which Charlie is one. He proved when he pulled me from the front door over the driveway, up on the retaining wall and up the hill to the fence. We had just moved here and fence was missing some panels. So yep, he was on his leash. OUCH!!!!
He was going to meet the Chihuahuas next door.
The conversation covered dogs, balls, running dogs, the ice storm - he lives in TX.
We also talked Music - Jazz and musicians . He plays the trumpet. We traded jazz names - always a good thing... and we had a number of same like.
His dogs name is Frank the Tank for a good reason. He checked on line and Frank and Charlie both mean Free man.
It was a fun conversation. I love Chewy for a lot of reasons and the conversations are one of them.
So if you use Pedigree Healthy Weight Dry food... and if more folks ordered it Chewy would begin to carry it.
Well, it's great to have an interesting human conversation. Charlie listens and may understand more then I think he does.
But I don't think I will get him a word station so he can tell me want's to eat, go out, etc.
If you haven't see the woman who has taught her dog how to talk... you might check out facebook... I found it by accident.
Ta Ta ya'll 8-)
