I have that problem with meditation. My mind is not quiet, so I can't really meditate like many people can.
That's why guided imagery has worked for me in the past. As long as it's done well, and the person is not distracting or annoying in some way, I was able to use it in the past.
Ds has listened to audio books while he works or travels for years. So, at least one of us will enjoy them, lol!
The book that I began, which also came from the same client, is about young people who are trying to keep a book safe. If they don't let it fall into the wrong hands, they may be able to keep something that the Nazi's want to do from happening.
So far, there's a mysterious man who meets with a guy who is keeping the book safe. He was told to memorize it, and destroy it if needed, rather than let it fall into the wrong hands. The man brings him periodic messages in code, which he translates using the book.
I'm not sure if it's going to be good, but so far it looks promising. It's a pretty thick hardback, and is rather new...2018, I believe.
Boy, that must be some really good bird food! I'm glad that they are benefitting from it!
Yes, that's something that toads do. And lizards, and snakes. I forgot to say that we found a couple of large alligator lizards in an old, metal vase. We relocated them because the cats were too interested, and Dh was also anointed!
I'm glad that you have them back for the year, and have been able to relocated them!
Have a wonderful week!
