I have been calling Amazon at least 4 times since January - talked to a Customer Service Rep and nothing has changed. I lived in SoCa for 40 years, so I can sorta make out when my order is due.
My order was due three days ago and I suddenly received a notice that if I do not receive my order by the 23rd.. WHAT? I can cancel and reorder. ARRRGH!!!
The CSReps tell me I need to log into the Amazon site instead of clicking on the TRACK Link in the emails they send me, if I want the info in English. All the reps are very nice and they have me check all the (ENG US) options... nothing changes.
I also make sure I only buy items that are sold & shipped by Amazon. It doesn't seem to make a difference.
When I talked to a rep this morning she told me that if my order doesn't arrive today I need to call and cancel the order and reorder.
So there are the first two problems.
The third problem is I rarely cancel anything. Maybe twice in all the years I been here. I noticed a link to "cancelled items" and since I cancelled two orders - 2 bags of Potato Chips and 3 10 packs of Mini diet Pepsi.
When I clicked on the link there was a list of ten items - the potato chips was there, but the mini diet pepsi was not, but, and here's the kicker, the rest of the items are all items I have received and paid for since January.
So this CS rep is going to see if she can get the emails link in English, and find out why my delivered items are listed as cancelled.. which includes my Hamilton Beach unit and the box of concentrated broth I received this past week, amongst other items.
Oh and the third item, sorry miscounted, the broth has not been checked as delivered and that will arrive today.
Unreal. i can only hope my Pepsi arrives today, Via UPS. Otherwise I need to cancel and reorder.
Just so you know most of my orders are arriving in good time. But these problem orders take at least a week if not longer.
What a pain this has been.
