With Amazon, I check the website to find out if things were dropped at the post office, or when they will be.
With Chewy, I get an email saying that it was delivered. I guess that, as soon as the driver punches it in, an email is generated.
Okay, now cancelling is something that I noticed recently. I rarely cancel anything either. For example, I cancelled the autoship on ddil's prenatal vitamins. How long do they expects you to need them?
But, when I looked on that page, it had me as having cancelled more than I actually have. I guess that it's not a big deal, unless I don't get things, but it was a bit strange.
Well, I hope that it gets straightened out. It sounds like a royal pain.
