Items "shipped" were suddenly "not" shipped. So in limbo somewhere. Taking weeks to arrive.
Plus my emails from Amazon containing the link for tracking my packages have all been in Spanish. Which Amazon can't return to English. The emails are Amazon emails and all are connected to delayed items.
It's been bizarre dealing with Cust Service reps who have no clue why my packages were delayed, or shipped but not shipped. Or arrived, when delayed. Or in spanish.
