For me, spaghetti was bought from Italian delis, or eaten in family run Italian restaurants. Spaghetti was always long.
I was married in 1966 in Witchia Falls TX at the AFB. We discovered a family run Italian Restaurant in the desert.
We had Antipasto and Real Spaghetti & meatballs. The spaghetti was home made and long.
The owners were Italian and lovely people. We were the only customers and they spoiled us.
One of those meals one never forgets.
