I received a box with 62 bottles of each - i.e. 2 sets.
Shortly after I received an email from Amazon stating my second " 2 item order" was backordered for the same items. 2 each of the three Broths.
I have called Amazon and so many times and they said they had cancelled my order. I would then receive ANOTHER email stating my "order" was delayed, or late, or not yet shipped. Today is Sept 13th.
I just got off the phone with an Amazon customer rep. I have his name and told him the whole story beginning in July 7, 2021. He then told me the same thing the last three customer reps told me.
He called the shipper UPS, and the item was already in transit.
My three options are:
1 I refuse the order and it would have to be discarded being food
2 I keep the food at no charge - or if I am charged for the food ($34.00 for the box of 2 sets) they will refund the full amount.
3 I give the food away
I will not allow food to be destroyed so am going with option 3. I will distribute to my neighbors and the kids.
I will be checking my bank account daily to look for a $34.00 charge.
I love the product. It is broth concentrate and is delicious. I've used it in Tamale Soup, on Pork Chops, On Fried Rice, in gravy, etc. etc.
I have never had this much trouble with Amazon until this past year and a half. This is the worst issue. It will be interesting to see what happens next.
The Box of 6 jugs will be delivered this coming Fri.
What a mess.
