Hot, cold, wet, dry.... since BOR I have had to be outside every day for the horses & cows. Again in MN I never put my dogs outside without accompanying them. Plus I lived on a ranch there as well.
My job had me outside in ALL weather. Learning to drive in extreme weather was interesting. I have to admit the weather there was pretty intense. Tornados, flash floods, etc. I learned to admire people from MN & WI. And I drove to work no matter what the weather, blizzards, etc.
The 6 mos in TN I still was outside with my pups. And still while at the cabin in TX. In Dallas I was out with MsZeke & Ween until they died, as Charlie arrived before they did.
Now I walk my path with Charlie 4 or 5 times a day. Plus I groom with or without a mower. TDhe house is a constant source of jobs.
One of the reasons I weigh what I do is I am outside no matter the weather.
You asked about Fall...hummm? Weather changes are more about prepping the house. Insulation on windows & doors, heater locations, etc, etc. These are required for me. Grooming veggie gardens, all outside chores are full filling. I am a caretaker of whats around me, both In and out. For me Nature is fascinating and glorious.
