They used to send an email stating my package out for delivery. They recently began using the phrase: your package has arrived. When they mean the package is now at the local FedEx distribution center. Its from this location that it is loaded on a truck for delivery to me.
This phrasing has me checking outside for the boxes. Especially at night when my gate is locked.
FedEx is becoming annoying. I have actually started buying more pet supplies from Amazon as they ship UPS.
I don't know if this happening in towns or just rural settings. Either way, an email saying my delivery has arrived doesn't mean its arrived here.
Just a notice of warning.
