We had a wet week. I haven't tallied the rain, but we have had a minimum of 4 1/2", and it's still raining. There's a winter weather warning from now until 10 A.M. Monday morning.
The forecast calls for rain and snow showers from this afternoon through Tuesday. Wednesday on, it will clear and the night temps are going down to low to high 20's. Brrrr.
We did have that earthquake this week. I'd rather not have that to share, thanks anyway!
We are spending a quiet day, just the 2 of us. Well, not just two, if you count Krypto and the gang.
Last night we found a grub that is so cool. It's luminescent. Very bright at the head, and varies from greenish yellow glow, to orange glow, depending on the angle. It was actually in the house, and was saved - barely - from the jaws of Krypto. Besides all else, some critters like this are toxic, so I'm glad that we caught him in the nick of time.
The frogs are back, singing at my door. They may not be around as it gets super cold coming up, but they've been around most of the week.
We got a homemade Christmas tree ornament. They drew around the baby's hand, cut it out in a red card stock, made another so that it's thicker and two sided, outlined it with glitter, added a silver string to hang it from, and some metal, silver balls at the string-handprint juncture. Works for me, lol!
Well, I have to get to bed before midnight, if Santa's to come! How was your week?
Love All Life; Thank You For Posting! :)
