I haven't had to wash tenny's for years, but I remember them banging around in the washing machine. Why didn't I wash them with towels? It probably didn't seem sanitary to me at the time to wash them with other things. Live and learn!

I'm thrilled that you, not only got a *new* washer, but that it has turned out to be as wonderful as we'd hoped! :-)

That's true about sunlight. Germs, and minute critters!

Luckily, mine is in the back, only in view if someone actually comes up my driveway. Though, there's nothing wrong with hanging clothes. I wish that more people could and would. Nothing's quite like the smell of clothes off of the line! :-)
