I think I have shared this before. My father wanted to name me Charity Ann. My mother told him no daughter of hers would have the initials C.A.R. Her middle name was Gwendolyn, which she hated, but for some reason, she agreed to naming me Gwen. That's why it isn't Gwendolyn. She detested it.
