Do you eat between meals? I know that some people literally don't eat anything between their meals, and other people have snacks.
If you do have snacks, are they now and then, or regular, and what kind do you prefer?
I like Sunbutter (basically, peanut butter.), or already-shelled sunflower seeds, maybe some raisins, and so forth.
Unfortunately, if I make cookies, or muffins, I will eat one of those.
Generally, if there's something savory, though, like chicken in the fridge, I will go for that.
