1. chili and top with cheese,
2. cook ground beef and mix with whatever I want and top with cheese,
3. fill with mixture of grated cheese, tomato sauce, sliced olives, green diced chilis (hot or mild) and grated cheese.
You have to slice the roll 's top off, scoop out as much of the bread as possible...and then fill with your preferred filling and back at 350 with the top back on for 20 minutes or until filling is melty. You can also freeze them for later. My granny Kennedy called them Gunks.
