The dog was out all day yesterday. But I was able to sneak Charlie out on his leads sneaking a bit. I knew the dog was bothering my neighbor across the street. He had to shoo it away. Then I heard it on the street behind that neighbor.

Now there is a problem with my house policy. When will the chaos end?
