Haven seen or heard the dog.

He was putting in poles for a run line.

I'd planned on fencing the road anyway. So if I can find fencing at Habitat for Humanity that is like one of the picket fence sections I have & is affordable great. Or bamboo fencing at Lowes or Home Depot. I will buy what I can in sections.

As for the owner... I have no clue.
