My thigh is better until it gives out. So I'm mindful this is still a problem. The pain is local to my thigh muscle now. It's sporadic but still better.
Pushing through a physical issue is how I usually deal with injuries like this. I did some walking yesterday which helped. At least now I can walk up the back stairs. Slowly, of course, but without pain - mostly. 8-)
