While I am a Baby Boomer born in 1946 which lasted through dec 1964. Lots of boomers born those years.

Before Boomers the generation before 1946 is called the Silent Generation. Fascinating, absolutely fascinating. For they hunkered down during the war and worked to survive.

Boy & DD's generation starts mid 1965 to 1980. Resourceful, Independent and keen on maintaining work-life balance. More liberal on social issues and more ethnically diverse then Boomers.

Boomers are considered more confident, independent, and self reliant. We grew up in an era of reform and believed we can change the world. (Not so much now I think) We questioned established authority systems and challenged the status quo.
