What type of skin hydration do you suggest besides increasing my water intake....DUH!: for moisturing skin?

Since I am outside quite often the drought hasn't just dried up the lake but my skin as well. My MS and my disbetes have both done a number on me.

I've looked at a lot of options. There are a number of varying costs - but if anyone has recommendation, will you please share?
