It was beef flavor so I added sliced green onions, some grated small frozen brocolli heads, a hndful of green peas, a shake of black pepper and a shake or two of Herbs De Provence. Not bad at all.

I have some small Italian meat balls but opted to use them with pasta and sauce. Not a lot of them usually I stretch a handful for 2 meals. There is a whole bag full in the freezer.

Well, gotta feed lunch then play ball with Charlie and let him do his business. Then I will come in and read a bit or even rest. I have a number of things due today from AZ all needs. So I'll be busy later.
