Boy is driving to Houston to drop off a load of boxes for shipment to the Phillipines. I hate when he is driving in the rain. At least it is not real bad but other drivers won't slow down when it's not raining hard.
DDIL's patient died a few days ago. She now has no job. Since they are going to Cancun this coming week and then the Phillipines in Dec.Jan. she will look for a job when she gets back. She is a CNA but she also has a child care service. She only takes young children for women who work part time. Currently she has two kids and may be adding a third once they are back from the Phillipines.
They have decided not to sell their home for 3 years or more. With the economy as it is that's probably a smart move to make.
They are both concerned that Boys "son" who is coming to sit for their 4 dogs... is a concern as he always makes a mess. I took a pass on sitting. Charlie would have had a fit, as would I.
I am doing much better. The dizzyness only hits ocassionally. If I move my head to quickly the dizzyness can strike but not severly.
My right leg has feeling almost back to normal. As that leg is 1 inch shorter then my left my right stride has been off. It's hard to explain. There are areas of my right foot that have no feeling. Still my stride is closer to normal. But the fact I can not sense when I am near a wall or a person to my right. My foot can catch on a rug, a rock, etc.
But I made it down hill to the mailbox and back home again. YAHOO!!! As I locked up the gate it started to drizzle. I made it inside before it "RAINED" harder.
It is still raining off and on and right now its slowed down. Charlie needs to go out so he is at the door. Ta TA till later.
