This is way to early to prep for winter. But, the weather has changed here. Even with the rain we have gotten - no storms big enough to fill the lake - Now that it's colder the weeds and grasses are dying back. All my Lantana bushes had three seasons of blooming with small flowers. The branches have now died back and fallen off.

I have a new push mower it's a Pro brand. Boy called and I okayed him buying it. He tested it on a portion of his yard, it is very sharp and did a good job on his tall grass. He will be bringing it up here after they get back from Cancun on Thanksgiving.

Luckily the group that delivers turkey dinners to those who can't get out - that's me right now - will bring me a dinner on Thanksgiving. Boy my life has really sunk low. I'm not so much depressed as angry. Oh well, "?" happens!

I was hoping to be able to put off getting trash pickup till January. Tomorrow I will start searching for a company. Plus I haven't received my property tax bill so tomorrow I will be calling them again to ask why my bill has been delayed. Everyone here received their bills in Oct.
Plus the trip to the tx storage is put off till next year. So is the MN storage trip.

Frustration seems to be my by-word lately. Sorry I guess I needed to vent.

I hope social security is really being increased. I need to be able to get things done and will have to hire someone to do them since Boy just never gets around to any of the projects.

I am getting healthier. Walking is almost back to normal. Dizzyness is very slight. I dod seem to trip on stuff in the house and tip into walls - otherwise I'm ok.

My BP med should arrive soon. i's the lowest possible dose since my BP drops into the 60's. I really don't want to take it at night. I had hoped to have my stationary bike here a few years ago. It is still in MN. Very frustrating.

Oh I made a large batch of waffle/pancake batter and froze half of it even with the blueberries.

That was a week ago and I have some of the batter thawing out now. I wanted pancakes for breakfast. Since the batter was for waffles it willbe interesting to see how the "pancakes" turn out. 8-)

Ok I hope to wash some of my small laundry in my crank washer. It won't take much so fingers crossed. I can do one thing at a time if I really need something. Thank goodness I can hang things in the guest bathroom...

Well that's it for now. I am begining to feel like a pioneer having to make due with so many needs.
