a little bit at a time.
I finally had my neighbor pick up my Lidocaine 5% patches. They seem to help. But I cut them in to one inch wide strips so they last a long time.
I can't read in bed anymore. Plus I have to take one Methocarbamol 500 MG tab every 4 hours.
Oh well, the pain comes and goes, mostly comes.
