I ran out of my Arthritis med which Dr K reordered on Monday at me appointment. I hope I get it soon.

I also made up an order for the free items from Humana. Which allots an amount every three months for over the counter purchases through their pharmacy no cost to me.

I need a Hot pad, Vit C, Vit D, Acetaminophen for Arthritis at 650 mg or 500 mg. Or Tylenol Extra strength. Plus Lidocaine Patches - I hate these things but boy do they work. Sterile Eye Drops, Hand Santizer and a updated First Aid Kit.

These are all over the counter via Humanas Pharmacy. What a break this is.

My recent Lidocaine Patches came from CVS - UGH! they are hard to put on the back of my neck. Plus my hair is so fine I cannot tell if my hair is stuck under a patch will I go to remove it.

Ph I have to tie a bandana around my neck to keep the patch from being rubbed off while I sleep.

I can't believe it took two years to finally have an ER DR listen to me about my neck pain. I will not mention my DR - have mixed feelings. Monday I had a complete check up. Which I needed. Not 100% happy about the last two years.

Anyway, I do feel better, but W next door thinks she is a more knowledgble about Arthritis then Dr K. She keeps trying to instruct me. What a mess.

The kittens are in their front yard.... haven't been under my house as I think(?) Moma moved them up to their owners house. I suggested - since cats are not ccovered by Animal Control, that W&J take them to Humane Society.

Ok that's enough of my stuff. It is still dark, foggy and wet. Sun hasn't come up yet. Maybe a tad sunny later. Feeding the squirrels & wild birds in a few. Charlie is so good about going out with me off leash.

I am still not sure if he has a back hip problem or not. If not he is using me to pick up his hind legs.
