Wonderful about the free items.
I remember when I got lectured by a specialist about Tylenol/acetaminophen. He acted as though I didn't know that they were the same thing, and didn't want me doubling up. I did happen to know that, but he made a good point all those years ago, and that was to be careful about taking too much of it in a day.
Now, it's common for Drs. to know and tell patients how bad it is for your liver/kidney's if the dose is moderately high, or if it's taken long-term. I imagine that your Dr. already mentioned it, or you just already knew. It was interesting that this older Dr. of mine was so far ahead of his time, though.
Yes, re: hair! I don't use patches on my neck, but I use the gel before bed, and it gets into the hair back there, ugh!
Another use for bandanas!
The problem with people, is that, while they may have helpful ideas, everyone is different, and there are several forms of arthritis. Mine, for example, is RA. My mom's was not, etc.
How do your hands look? Are your fingers as straight as they ever were, or have they changed a little? Sometimes arthritis is body-wide, or in certain areas particularly, or else in an area that was damaged years ago. It depends. Only you know how you feel, and you and your Dr. know what type it is, and where you are affected.
AC doesn't deal with cats?
Okay, just ask when you have a question, and I'll do my best to answer. :-)
Have a great evening!
