Still fog or mist, at least no drizzle overnight. Thus no MUD!!!!!

Rain Sat, Mon & Tue with 70 temps. Lows 50s/60s/till tue PM then 48 and 30's rest of week with 50's days.

Wed afternoon a Hawk was by my front door bushes. It flew off when I walked outside. Good sized too.

There were no birds in the driveway - whew! But the day before, then yesterday and today all the small song birds, doves and all the rest were eating like crazy in the driveway and from all the feeders. Lots of Squirrels.

There is some humidity so the weather is very summer like. I have so enjoyed watching the sunlight just before noon cast that light morning glow on the yard. But I have taken to watching the light change around noonish as the sunlight gets that deeper afternoon glow. It is a glorious color. It only happens when the sun has shifted a few degrees South towards Mexico. Fascinating color change. So warm and lovely. Thing is that change only happens in Fall.

Can't believe Winter is days away. And it's been close to 80's. Thank goodness I have been able to deal with my health issue in good weather.

I am sleeping regularly. Thank Heavens.

Also I received authorization for services by a Neurosurgeon in SA. I will wait till January when kids are back to do appointments. Need to talk to Insurance company to clarify a few issues.

I am doing better - not yet perfect - but better.
Today I will be caught up on my food needs. I ordered lots of basics from Krogers rec'd yesterday. Plus Amazon filled my house & office supplies. Today Schwans will deliver my frozen foods. I love those skinny veggie pizzas.

Then Hummana has a new Over the Counter deal with insurees. They allot a cetain amount of money quarterly. They list lots of OTC items in a booklet - I have a short list of needs for my neck, my vits, a scale and a few other items for my health. They renew the quarterly amt every 3 or 4 months. What a deal.

I think I mentioned how the Transportation company my Dr uses - cancelled one trip 4 weeks ago without telling me. Another trip was also cancelled. I had to make another appointment. But they were late picking me up... then they didn't take me home afterwards. One of the Dr's office persons did. Oh and the trans company said the Ins Company cancelled my appoint. NOT!!!

What a crap organazation the trans company is. I complained to Humana. I hope to talk to them next week. When I talked to the Trans company with Humana rep on line the Trans person only said SORRY, SORRY and kept repeating it no matter what I asked them.

I am concerned about relying on the trans company to pick me up and take me to SA for Neuro appt then taking me home. Not sure what to do. There are no local taxis or buses etc in this county.
How frustrating.
