When I called Amazon I requested a refund and they said yes it was USPS that had delivered the box to the wrong address.
Sometimes the mail folks that deliver extra items as the mailcarrier might be overwhelmed have no clue where people live.
I recently ordered 1 set of small prepaid boxes on line from the free USPS shopping site. I got them last week. Yesterday I found a second set tosed over my gate. ROFLOL!
That's good, for next year I will be buying DD CD's not any more DVD's. I am shipping her the Wizard of Oz for Christmas and that't it for DVDs.
She loves Rock & Roll so I will be sending her some the CDs that are a mix of groups.
Well, we had lots of drizzle the last few weeks. With temps in the 70/80s. Humidity was perfect.
Now the temps are droping at night into the 403/30s And days in cool in the 60's with clouds and possible rain. No real storms so the Lake is still bone dry.
The two young deer that have been hanging out in the woods at the bottom of our road where J&W feed them... are gone today as they know that weekends are when A shows up. Well, not this weekend.
But there have been two deer accidents inthe last month. One large buck was attacked by some dogs - the owner is known. The buck hide was torn badly all along one side. He was spotted for a while but hasn't been seen since.
Then yesterday I heard the "DOG" owner catty-corner to my property and across from A's, when he was speaking to his neighbor across from me that a deer had been shot and apparently ran into his yard and died yesterday. I hope it wasn't one of the young deer that have been hanging out on our road.
So it might RAIN all day tomorrow and more even. That's when the kids fly out from SA to Houston then to the Phillipines. I hate when they fly.
Well I have to go eat breakfast. All the critters are fed both in and out. But when I went to put more peanuts in the pan for the squirrels there were still peanuts from the day before.
The Blue Jays haven't been around nor the Squirrels that live in A's trees.
Well, that's about it. I have been listening to my favorite Sat Jazz program called "Sinatra & Friends." Takes me back and love the songs from those years.
Yesterday I played tons of classical music. But today it will be all JAZ on 91.7 FM - it's used to be a local station from one of the local collages. Now it is available all around the world.
Well, TA TA till later. Have a good Saturday if you can.
