I need to find my medical records which are in Dallas, Texas, Pine City, Minnesota, Elgin, Texas retired Dr. and can't find my MRIs or the neurosurgeon who did them, and so on. And on and on. ARRGH!

The Neurosurgen I have an appointment with wants my med history. Bah!!!!!
