Sometimes, supermarkets will give you incentives to transfer a prescription to their pharmacy. At Safeway I got $25. for doing that once.
I don't know if they still do it, but this past week, Ds got 10% off of his groceries for having his flu shot there. I know that you can't just do what you'd like, because you rely on other people...like I do...but you don't get the incentive, even if available, unless you ask for it. I just happened to see the deal in a flyer when I got mine, or else I wouldn't have gotten it.
