...difficult to stop than dogs, I think, when they want to play with/in a Christmas tree. I had pretty good luck last year, but I think that it was because my cats were mostly indoor-outdoor cats that see trees all the time, and climb them when they wish. In the past, the cats that played with the tree were my indoor-only cats.

I've never thought of bagging a tree before, but it makes sense. Good idea!

I'm glad that the local garage charged you less. And, by not being overly-expensive, they got the business. A win for everyone.

Oh, dear. That's a lot for Dh's car, especially on top of yours. You will make the best decision, though, I am sure.

That's cold. The lowest that it's been this year is 23. It's been teens before, and down to 5 degrees, but as I told Dh, the difference is that we were in a completed house with walls between rooms, and insulation in the outside walls.

I hope that you get a little snow if you'd like it, but not a huge amount, nor so much that it affects travel.
