Your snowmen and dogs sound adorable!
Isn't it funny how the girls have such different personalities?
I'd never thought about multiple trees until Ds began putting his Scooby's on ours. I wanted our regular tree, so fit a second one in the house for him to use. Then, when planning this house, I thought about a food/cooking themed tree, though a very small one. So, multiple trees were born.
Heck, I didn't have even 1 growing up. My aunt and granny did, but we didn't. We turned our fireplace foot into the place where gifts went, and hung cards above that.
I realized a few years ago that a small one could go in the kitchen. And, I was not thrilled that the Scooby Doo tree that Ds has added to for all those years was going to be put away forever. Especially after Thyri was born. So, I looked around, and the living room is big enough to hold it in the opposite corner from the regular tree for 4 weeks.
The Scooby's and company aren't all ornaments. There are stuffed ones, ones that move and sing, etc.
